CVSHRM has an exciting opportunity to welcome Sierra Collins for a 3-hour interactive workshop called Aspire2Achieve: Intentionality in 2026.
Because of the length of this workshop, we are combining the November and December meetings into a single session.

Objectives for this Workshop:
- Clarify Core Values: Participants will identify and align their personal and professional
core values, creating a foundation for decision-making and leadership that reflects their
true priorities. - Define Purpose: Participants will articulate a clear sense of purpose, connecting their
goals to what matters most to them both personally and professionally. - Evaluate Current State: Through self-reflection and assessment, participants will gain
insights into their current level of satisfaction across key areas of life and work,
highlighting areas for improvement. - Set Priorities: Participants will determine their top priorities for the year ahead,
ensuring their actions align with their goals and values. - Create a Vision: Participants will develop a compelling vision for their personal and
professional future, providing clarity and motivation for sustained growth. - Establish SMARTER Goals: Participants will learn and apply the SMARTER framework to
create specific, measurable, actionable, realistic, time-bound, exciting, and relevant
goals that align with their vision. - Build Accountability Systems: Participants will design systems of accountability to track
progress, build positive habits, and ensure consistency in pursuing their goals
throughout the year.
