Speaker Bio:  Barbara Martin is a certified Martha Beck Life Coach and holds a Coaching Certification from the International Coach Federation. She is the founder of Women In Transition, a coaching practice dedicated to empowering women to navigate life’s changes with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Barbara specializes in helping women identify and overcome limiting beliefs that prevent them from living authentically. Her signature 4-Step Program for Change provides a structured, transformative approach to personal growth and self-discovery.

Beyond individual coaching, Barbara creates vibrant communities of support and inspiration. She hosts Vision Board Parties to help clients visualize their goals and manifest their dreams, and she facilitates Mastermind Groups that foster collaboration, accountability, and empowerment.
